What is Connect?
Connect is T2’s annual customer conference. This information-packed, five-day event is attended by hundreds of parking professionals, who enthusiastically return year after year to learn about new technologies, participate in educational training sessions on T2 products, and experience invaluable networking and connections with industry experts and peers. While this year’s event is virtual, T2 is determined to still give the invaluable experience from years past.
Where is Connect 2020?
Connect will be held virtually this year using the Zoom platform. Once registered, attendees will be given access to a private T2 Virtual Connect Salesforce Community page.
What are the conference dates?
Connect 2020 will take place on Monday, October 26th through Friday, October 30th.
Who will be in attendance?
Parking professionals from across North America join us each year for Connect. Last year, we had more than 400 attendees. Our attendees represent a diverse background of organization sizes, types, and experience levels. With over 20+ different session offerings, there’s something for everyone. T2 employees will be involved throughout the entire week. Employees will be presenting as well as participating in roundtables and the virtual fun in the evenings.
Why should I attend?
Connect is the premier parking industry event, and a must-attend for all parking professionals. Connect gives you access to parking experts, new technologies, educational sessions, and customized training programs. Here are just a few reasons why Connect attendees return year after year:

- Special events and chances to win prizes
We know the event will look different this year due to it being completely virtual, but we hope that it will still be as engaging as years past. The general sessions will be over Zoom with a presenter and a moderator which will give attendees the opportunity to ask questions. Networking opportunities will be different but definitely still available. Virtual Connect will have nightly roundtable sessions that will give attendees the chance to network with each other and T2 employees. Fun Virtual events will be replacing special events, but there will still be plenty of chances to win prizes!
How do I register?
You can register for Connect here. All registrations must be submitted online.
Can I register on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Our registration system allows you to indicate that you are registering on behalf of someone else. This will allow us to capture both your name and the person you are submitting a registration for. We’ll send the confirmation information to both of you.
How much does registration for Connect cost?
We have two registration options this year. One registration option available this year for $95. The $95 registration includes everything that Connect will offer this year. Additionally, attendees can register for an all-day course on Monday, October 26th. There are two different courses that attendees can choose from that are all happening on Monday from 10:00 AM ET – 4:00 PM ET. This is an add-on option and attendees only have the option of choosing ONE workshop.
Workshop #2 – Iris
Configure pay stations with the new Online Configuration App and the Pay Station 8.1 software. This is an OPTIONAL workshop that will take place on Monday, October 26th from 10:00 AM ET – 4:00 PM ET.
Workshop #3 – Front Line Flex
How to navigate Flex for new users including tips and tricks to maximize efficiency. This is an OPTIONAL workshop that will take place on Monday, October 26th from 10:00 AM ET – 4:00 PM ET.
I registered for Connect but want to make an edit. What should I do?
To make updates to your Connect registration, simply refer back to the link provided in your registration confirmation email. This will direct you back to your registration entry where you can make changes.
Please note: all cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com by Monday, October 19th. After this time, no refunds will be allowed; however, we will be happy to transfer your registration to another member of your team.
What is your payment policy?
T2 reserves the right to limit or deny access to any entity or individual. All conference registrations must be paid in full by October 19, 2020. When you register, you have the option to pay immediately by credit card or request an invoice.
All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, October 19th. After this time, no refunds will be allowed; however, we will be happy to transfer your registration to another member of your team.
Please note: all invoices for Canadian registrations will be invoiced in CAD at the prevailing exchange rate for that date.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up or schedules change unexpectedly, which is why we offer a 100% refund for all registrations canceled before Monday, October 19th. To cancel, please send an email to the conference planner, Katherine Basaran, at email@example.com.
I registered for Connect but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
Yes. Refunds can be made until Monday, October 19th. After this time, no refunds will be allowed. Please understand that due to our conference planning timelines and associated costs, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations after this date.
I registered for Connect but can no longer attend. Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
Yes. Attendee substitutions can be made until Monday, October 19th. Simply update your registration by following the link provided in your confirmation email to reflect the new attendee’s name and contact information.
What types of conference sessions can I expect?
Virtual Connect offers over 20+ training session options. Attendees will have access to all the sessions. The sessions follow different tracks such as; leadership, management & operations, technical, and front line. In addition to the general training sessions, attendees can add a workshop of their choosing to their Monday schedule. The workshops will go further in depth of different product offerings.
Is there a conference schedule?
Yes. You can find our Schedule here. We’re working hard to finalize our session offerings. The schedule is located on the Connect Community page as well. Once you have registered and paid, you will have access to the site.
How can I stay updated during the conference?
The entire event will be hosted on a private Salesforce community page. This page is where the Zoom links will be located as well as a chat room for all attendees. Along with the community page, T2 will also have a heavy social media presence before and during the event. We want to be able to engage with our attendees as though the event was in person. There will be contests and prizes all offered virtually!
How do I access the private Connect Community page?
Once you register and complete payment, you will be given access to the Connect Community page by Katherine Basaran. You will log into the private Connect Community page the same way you log into the Customer Community page. If you have trouble logging in, you can contact Arnet Tkachuk, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I have the ability to access the Zoom videos after the conference?
Yes. The links will be available on the Connect Community page for attendees viewing. This is convenient if you want to review the information or missed the session during the conference.
